Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
DoubleTree by Hilton Miami North I-95 garners generally positive reviews, particularly for its location and convenience. Positioned near Interstate 95, the hotel is highly accessible for travelers looking to navigate Miami, including nearby destinations like the airport, downtown and the Port of Miami. Cleanliness and spaciousness are commendable aspects of the rooms, which guests find well-equipped, modern and comfortable, complete with useful amenities like coffee makers, mini-fridges and Dove products. The beds notably receive high praise for their comfort and cleanliness.
Dining at the hotel sees mixed feedback with breakfast quality and taste generally deemed satisfactory despite limited options and occasional service delays. Dinner has been positively highlighted for its delicious food and polite service, although the menu lacks variety and does not cater to vegetarian or vegan preferences. The overall service from the staff is praised for friendliness and professionalism, contributing significantly to a positive guest experience, though there are occasional reports of unprofessional behavior at the front desk.
The hotel's cleanliness is largely commended despite some areas needing improvement, particularly in hallways and bathrooms. The fitness center offers modern equipment and round-the-clock access, receiving favorable remarks, although it could benefit from more equipment. Free amenities such as parking and WiFi are appreciated, though the latter has inconsistent signal strength in some areas.
While the hotel is a suitable choice for business travelers due to its efficient service and convenient location, it may not be ideal for families seeking leisure activities due to limited amenities for children. Despite some minor drawbacks, the combination of a strategic location, comfort and helpful staff generally provides a satisfactory stay for many guests.
