EAST Miami boasts an excellent location at the heart of Brickell, making it the perfect base for exploring downtown Miami. Guests can look forward to fantastic views of Brickell Key and Biscayne Bay from their high-floor rooms. The hotel is part of the Brickell City Center, which offers guests easy access to a range of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Whether traveling for business or leisure, the central location of EAST Miami makes it a top choice. You'll easily be able to stroll to nearby bars, restaurants and food places with the added bonus of a mall underneath the hotel. For travelers looking for convenience and an ideal location, EAST Miami is a fantastic option.

Breakfast

Guests at EAST Miami have had mixed experiences with regards to breakfast at the hotel. Some guests have deemed it to be great, fantastic and delicious. There were positive remarks on the breakfast buffet, which was mentioned to be good with a variety of options to choose from for kids. The custom cabinetry, rain head all glass shower and nicely designed rooms offer guests a comfortable and stylish place to stay. Quick room service ensures everyone's needs are catered to. The high ceilings and breathtaking balconies make every room feel spacious and one can't help but admire the views. While some guests had issues such as outdated TV service, dusty rooms or some rooms in need of updating, others had lovely stays and enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel offers a variety of 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for larger groups and the corner king units provide stunning views of the surrounding area. The only small downside is that the rooms do not have refrigerators or microwaves. Overall, EAST Miami is a beautiful and well-manicured property with nice interiors and good facilities that everyone can enjoy.

Cleanliness

EAST Miami is an exceptional and upscale hotel, conveniently located with a lot of things to do. Upon arrival, guests are pleasantly surprised by how modern and beautiful the hotel is. The property is well-maintained with everything spotless and manicured, giving off a clean and beautiful smell. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a high tech vibe that guests appreciate. Even though there were a few negative reviews mentioning issues like a mold smell in the bathroom or a broken toilet seat, those seem to be exceptions as most guests describe how clean everything is. All areas of the hotel, including the rooms, are exceptionally clean, except for a few mishaps such as dust on the floor, hair in the tub, or stains on the pillowcases. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeds expectations and helps create a positive experience for guests.

Staff

EAST Miami boasts an amazing staff that is friendly, helpful and welcoming. Lee at the front desk was extremely pleasant and Li provided excellent service as well. Vincente from the front desk gave guests excellent customer service. The bellboy made guests feel very welcome and the staff at the bar provided great service. Additionally, some staff members tried hard to help and were quite good. However, some guests did encounter negative experiences with the staff, including mediocre service, dismissive/condescending behavior and unprofessionalism. Despite these occasional incidents, the overwhelming majority of guests rave about the friendly and attentive staff who work hard to make guests feel special and go above and beyond for their comfort, even upgrading rooms and providing free breakfast in some cases.

Pool

EAST Miami boasts an incredible rooftop bar that provides great views of the surrounding area. The rooftop Sugar is a really cool spot to grab a drink and loved by many guests. Despite some negative feedback regarding the pool service and small size of the pool, the pool area is very relaxing with several different pool options and many seating choices. The pool and relax facilities were great! Some guests noted that the pool staff were unhelpful and refused to give a refund, but others praised the staff for being attentive. The mall is located just downstairs, so guests can enjoy shopping and dining with ease. Overall, the pool area and Sugar restaurant are a great addition to the hotel's amenities, giving you the opportunity to eat, drink, swim and enjoy the stunning views all in one place.
