The property is well-maintained with everything spotless and manicured, giving off a clean and beautiful smell. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a high tech vibe that guests appreciate. Even though there were a few negative reviews mentioning issues like a mold smell in the bathroom or a broken toilet seat, those seem to be exceptions as most guests describe how clean everything is. All areas of the hotel, including the rooms, are exceptionally clean, except for a few mishaps such as dust on the floor, hair in the tub, or stains on the pillowcases. Vincente from the front desk gave guests excellent customer service. The bellboy made guests feel very welcome and the staff at the bar provided great service. However, some guests did encounter negative experiences with the staff, including mediocre service, dismissive/condescending behavior and unprofessionalism. Despite these occasional incidents, the overwhelming majority of guests rave about the friendly and attentive staff who work hard to make guests feel special and go above and beyond for their comfort, even upgrading rooms and providing free breakfast in some cases.
