H2hotel offers a mixed parking experience for guests with some finding street parking easily accessible and others disappointed to find that the advertised free parking was actually valet parking for a fee. However, those who did opt for valet parking were generally satisfied with the service, which included complimentary charging for electric cars and the use of refillable water bottles. The valet attendants were efficient and accommodating, although some guests encountered delays with check-in and check-out due to the valet parking system. Despite these issues, the hotel was noted to be pet-friendly and charges were settled at checkout.

Calistoga Motor Lodge and Spa is a top-notch destination that offers exceptional service and amenities. Despite some complaints about the rates, this motel provides facilities that are comparable to those of a 5-star hotel. Guests rave about the comfortable rooms, great restaurant and newly expanded hotel. Although there are some quirks, this well-run motor lodge receives very good reviews. The hotel earns rave reviews from guests who are impressed by its superb service and amenities, like a spa, pool and more. Despite poor management, this four-star hotel is a superb destination that is well worth a visit. Don't be misled by others who claim that it is a 2-star motel masquerading as a 4-star hotel.
