Hotel Arno impresses with its enviable location just steps from the sea, providing guests with easy access to both relaxation and local attractions like the bustling evening promenade and famous circuit. The tranquil setting, combined with proximity to shops and nightlife, offers a balanced experience of serenity and excitement. Guests laud the spacious, recently renovated rooms equipped with modern amenities, although a few issues with small room sizes and firm mattresses have been noted.
The breakfast experience at Hotel Arno is generally well-received, with guests enjoying a variety of high-quality sweet and savory options, including recommended homemade cakes. While some guests would prefer breakfast on-site rather than at a nearby hotel, the ample selection and quality of dishes largely satisfy patrons. Similarly, the dining experience receives praise for its excellent meals and varied buffet offerings, though some improvements could be made in terms of replenishment and avoiding dish duplication at affiliated venues.
Cleanliness is a standout feature, consistently praised by guests who appreciate the immaculate state of the well-maintained rooms and daily towel changes. However, balcony areas tend to be less cared for, and occasional noise disturbances are reported due to thin walls. The hotel's staff is another highlight, known for their friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism, contributing significantly to a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
Overall, Hotel Arno is regarded as an attractive choice for travelers seeking a relaxing yet engaging stay, enriched by excellent facilities, a top-notch location, and exceptional hospitality.
