The "Ilunion Valencia 3" offers a swimming pool experience that has garnered mixed reviews from guests. Despite its diminutive size, many found the pool to be a pleasant surprise, offering a refreshing space to cool off during hot weather. Its cleanliness is also frequently noted, contributing to an overall satisfactory pool experience. However, its small size and limited number of loungers often lead to overcrowding, especially during peak hours or sunny afternoons. Sun exposure is restricted to a few hours, as the pool area is partially shaded from noon, which can impact sunbathing opportunities. Furthermore, it is shared with other hotels in the chain, which adds to the busyness and competes for space.
The pool area does offer some amenities like seats, tables, and a kiosk/bar, ensuring that guests can enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, even if the space is somewhat cramped. The limited opening hours are a point of contention, with suggestions for extended times to better accommodate guest flow and enhance the experience. Despite these challenges, the pool is still appreciated, especially for the tranquility it offers on less crowded days. Overall, while it may not entirely match expectations set by photos, the pool remains a notable feature amid the broader offerings of the hotel.

The pool at Ilunion Valencia 4 offers a mixed experience for guests with both positive and negative aspects frequently highlighted. On the positive side, the pool is often described as well-maintained and clean, which adds to its appeal. It's a pleasant spot for relaxing, especially on hot days and some guests found it a welcome retreat after a day of sightseeing. The availability of pool towels and sunbeds around the pool were added conveniences and families appreciated fun activities for children.
However, numerous reviews pointed out significant drawbacks. The pool's size is a recurrent issue with many guests noting it is much smaller than it appears in photos. This often leads to overcrowding, particularly since it is shared with a neighboring hotel. The limited space around the pool and insufficient number of loungers also detract from the experience, making it difficult to find a spot to relax. Additionally, many guests mentioned that the pool area could use an upgrade, as it appears dated and lacks modern amenities.
The seasonal operation of the pool is another major concern with many guests arriving to find it closed outside of the summer months, which was not clearly stated beforehand. Some also reported the pool being closed despite good weather or at unexpected times during their stay.
In summary, while the pool at Ilunion Valencia 4 provides a clean and relaxing environment for guests fortunate enough to visit during its operational season, its small size, overcrowding issues and limited sun exposure significantly impact the overall experience.
