The hotel's location is perfect for going both north and south of Moab and is very near to both Arches and Canyonland National Park. The hotel staff, particularly Mr. Henry Wagner, is praised for providing helpful assistance with park reservations. While the hotel is a bit farther south of everything in Moab than most hotels, it remains a good location in a quiet area.
