The Houghton Hotel, Spa, Wellness & Golf has an amazing spa that guests highly recommend. The indoor heated pool is perfect for relaxation, though one guest had a leaking bathtub. However, the hotel's staff handled the situation perfectly. While the spa is a bit far from the rooms, it is worth visiting for the pools and wonderful spa experience. Guests loved the sauna and pool area and one guest even said the spa experience was unforgettable. While there were some issues with towels and lack of facilities in the swimming pool next to the spa, overall the spa is amazing. The only negative feedback was regarding contradictory messages about circulation in the hotel and spa area. Nevertheless, the hotel offers great wellness options.

If you're looking for some pampering during your stay in Johannesburg, the spa at Four Seasons Hotel The Westcliff is definitely worth a visit. Although it's situated next to a busy road, guests have described the spa experience as superb and wonderful, providing delightful facilities and a great therapist. And if you're a spa enthusiast, you'll be pleased to know that the hotel offers many facilities for you to indulge in. However, some reviewers did mention that the spa prices were a bit high compared to other places in South Africa with a cold jacuzzi thrown in the mix. Despite that, if you want to make your stay memorable, the spa can definitely make things special - just like one guest who celebrated their wife's birthday there. Keep in mind that the hotel is located on a panoramic spot and some guests waited for golf carts to take them to the spa. All in all, the beautiful surroundings and spa can be a great addition to your Johannesburg experience.
