At Sunprime Atlantic View Suite & Spa, the spa experience seems to have left guests wanting more. Despite its appealing inclusion in many promotional details, the spa facilities were frequently reported as non-operational or closed for renovations during guests' stays. The availability of adult-only swimming pools with spa features suggests significant potential for relaxation, but this potential was often unmet due to maintenance issues, such as the hot tub pool being non-functional and the jacuzzi being out of order. Some guests anticipated a relaxing spa experience based on the hotel's descriptions but found themselves unable to enjoy these amenities. While the overall environment of the hotel, including its dining experiences made better with stunning sunset views and friendly staff, was appreciated, the spa's lack of reliability was a notable drawback.
