Summary of reviews related to the '4 Star' category
Summarized by AI
Hotel PentHouse has received a mix of reviews, particularly surrounding its four-star rating. Several guests have expressed concerns that the hotel does not live up to the expectations typically associated with a four-star establishment. Observations include the lack of amenities such as air conditioning and a restaurant, which are usually anticipated at this level. The breakfast service also seems to fall short, with mentions of it being underwhelming for a hotel of its purported caliber. Additionally, there are remarks about the absence of certain in-room facilities, like a telephone, which contribute to guests questioning its four-star status.
Despite being promoted and listed as a four-star hotel, there is a consensus among reviewers that it offers more of a roadside hotel experience, not fully matching the luxurious standards implied by its rating or promotional photos. There is also mention of extra charges for access to the swimming pool, which adds to the perception of insufficient value for money. Overall, the hotel appears to present an experience that is not aligned with expectations set by its advertised rating.

Hotel Perusia has garnered mixed reviews regarding its claim to a four-star rating with several guests expressing disappointment in its overall maintenance and facilities. While the structure itself may evoke the image of a four-star property, the furnishings and operational standards fall short of expectations. Guests noted issues such as torn curtains and furniture in need of fumigation, indicating that renovations might be necessary to meet the assumed standards.
Cleanliness in the hotel meets the severities associated with a four-star rating, but other aspects like the pool function and breakfast variety left much to be desired. The breakfast offerings were particularly criticized for having poor stock and lack of variety, which many did not find commensurate with four-star quality.
Though it may have once been a four-star establishment, recent feedback suggests that Hotel Perusia has not maintained that level of excellence and perhaps should be considered more of a three-star property. Overall, while some elements reflect the essence of a four-star hotel, improvements in management and upkeep are required to truly live up to that designation.

Perugia Plaza Hotel positions itself as a four-star establishment, but many reviews suggest that it feels more like a three-star experience. Guests commonly note that the hotel has an outdated and basic atmosphere, which doesn't align with the expectations that come with its star rating. While some guests appreciated booking their stay through promotions, feeling they received good value for their money, the general consensus indicates a need for modernization to truly meet four-star standards.
Concerns were raised about the lack of amenities typically expected at a hotel of this caliber, with mentions of missing items like slippers, a shower cap, and extra soap in rooms designed for two. The breakfast offerings and the restaurant experience have also been highlighted as falling short of four-star expectations, with some guests pointing out the disappointment of having drinks served from vending machines rather than at the table.
Pet policies also came under critique; instead of a fixed daily rate for pets, a one-time fee per stay was suggested to be more appropriate. In summary, while the Perugia Plaza Hotel provides reasonable prices through promotions, guests widely feel that with a few key improvements and updates, it could better fulfill its four-star promise.
