Hotel Palau de Bellavista in Girona, with its convenient location just a 10-minute walk from the city center, offers a generally pleasant experience in a quiet setting with impressive views over the city. Guests appreciate the clean and spacious rooms, good bed quality, and satisfying breakfast which align with four-star standards. The hotel's stylish design and proximity to historical areas are notable highlights, along with easy parking facilities. However, some visitors feel the hotel falls short of its four-star rating in certain areas. The lack of daily replenished bottled water, limited room amenities, and some outdated furniture suggest room for improvement. Issues such as insufficient towels, worn-out bathroom fixtures, and limited room service options have been pointed out. While some facilities like the lobby and bar meet expectations, other aspects like the absence of wardrobe doors and noise disturbances detract from the experience. Overall, while the hotel provides a decent stay with a few luxuries, guests have expressed that a bit more attention to detail and updates are needed to truly meet four-star expectations.

Ciutat de Girona receives mixed reviews regarding its four-star rating, facilities and services. While the restaurant is praised for its quality, the high prices are noted by guests. Several reviews mention that the hotel generally does not meet the expectations of a four-star rating with worn-out rooms, outdated fixtures and fittings that need refreshing. Some guests felt that the property is more comparable to a two-star hotel due to its neglect and slightly aged appearance. Additionally, logistical issues with breakfast arrangements during Covid were highlighted as unusual and unsatisfactory for a four-star establishment. The water pressure in the showers also received criticism. Overall, while there are some positive points, the hotel does not consistently deliver the standards expected of its rating.

Hotel Museu Llegendes de Girona is situated in a beautiful location, providing guests with a picturesque setting ideal for exploring the charming area. The hotel's appeal is found in its great value for money, especially during off-peak seasons like April, drawing in visitors looking for a worthwhile stay. Reviewers praise the hotel for its excellent service, which is often noted as reminiscent of four-star establishments.
However, the maintenance of the hotel leaves much to be desired, impacting the overall guest experience. Rooms occasionally suffer from burned-out lights and insufficient toiletries, affecting comfort and convenience. The bed quality and breakfast offerings also receive mixed feedback, sometimes falling short of the expectations for a four-star property.
Though some aspects of the hotel do align with four-star standards, such as prompt staff service and provisions made for children, including cribs and amenities, other areas, like constant changes at the reception and technical issues with Wi-Fi and access keys, detract from the seamless experience expected at this level.
In summary, while Hotel Museu Llegendes de Girona offers a commendable location and strong service elements, guests often feel that significant aspects need improvement to fully justify its four-star rating and corresponding price.
