Summarized by AI
The Pelican Waters Golf Resort Sunshine Coast's pool area has received a variety of comments from guests, but overall it stands out as a major highlight. The pools are often described as beautiful, lovely and amazing with many guests appreciating the large size, cleanliness and pleasant temperature. The poolside views, especially from balconies, enhance the relaxing experience, offering stunning vistas of the lake or waterway. Additionally, the pool area provides ample space and is rarely crowded, even during peak times like school holidays, making it an enjoyable spot for both adults and children.
Families particularly appreciate the kid-friendly features, including a shallow area for younger swimmers. The heated pools and the lap pool are also well-received, though there were occasional mentions of them not being warm enough. The poolside service and the overall maintenance of the pool facilities contribute to a positive experience with many guests spending hours relaxing by the water.
However, there are a few areas that could use improvement. Some guests noted that the pool was not always clean and required more frequent maintenance. There were also mentions of the pool closing early, insufficient sun lounges and a lack of staff to address issues promptly. Despite these minor drawbacks, the pool area remains a significant attraction of the resort, praised for its serenity, well-serviced facilities and enjoyable atmosphere.
