Summary of reviews
Summarized by AI
The Radisson Grenada Beach Resort is a great choice for travelers seeking a prime location on Grand Anse beach. The hotel's proximity to the crystal clear waters and soft sand, as well as local restaurants, bars and shops, make it a convenient and enjoyable stay. The breakfast received mostly positive reviews with exceptional quality and variety of food, especially the local cuisine. The dinner offerings received mixed reviews with some guests praising the attentive and friendly staff, while others experienced disappointment with the food quality and long wait times. The rooms are the weakest aspect of the hotel with many guests reporting issues with malfunctioning AC and toilets, old and dated furniture and poor plumbing. However, the beds are big and comfortable and some rooms have a beautiful view of the ocean. The cleanliness of the property needs some improvement, but the housekeeping service has been fantastic overall and the grounds are well maintained. The staff received mixed reviews with some guests reporting poor service and unhelpful employees, while others had positive experiences with friendly and accommodating staff members. The outdoor amenities, such as the beachfront location and stunning beach and pools, were exceptional with guests raving about the two swimming pools, particularly the one near the beach. The hotel's prime location on the beautiful Grand Anse beach is a major selling point and makes it a great value for money. Overall, while there are some areas for improvement, the Radisson Grenada Beach Resort provides a relaxing and enjoyable stay for guests.
