The swimming pool at Il Palazzin Hotel garners mixed reviews, yet the overall sentiment leans towards the positive. Guests frequently compliment the pool for being very nice, clean and well-maintained with some describing the pool area as relaxing and pleasant. It's noted for being a highlight of their stay, meticulously cleaned every morning and providing a relaxing atmosphere. The outdoor pool, while small, is often appreciated for early morning exercise or offering inviting spaces for families.
However, the pool's position means it regularly remains in the shade, resulting in colder water temperatures that some guests find uncomfortable. There are also comments regarding the limited operational hours, which close early at 6 pm and maintenance issues that occasionally render the pool non-operational. Despite these drawbacks, the availability of both indoor and outdoor pools, their cleanliness and the quiet pool area with sunbeds are recurring themes of appreciation among visitors. For families and those looking for a serene environment, the pool's pros seem to outweigh the cons, making it a notable feature of the hotel.

Park Heights by the Warren Collection offers a charming and intimate rooftop pool experience that guests have admired for its relaxation and stunning views. Despite its small size, often described as more of a plunge pool or large jacuzzi, the rooftop pool is highlighted as a perfect spot to unwind and soak in the sensational cityscape. The terrace area surrounding the pool is appreciated for its nice lounge chairs and umbrellas, providing a comfortable and clean environment for relaxation. While some guests noted that access to the pool was occasionally restricted, those who did enjoy it found the setting delightful. The rooftop pool is celebrated not only for its aesthetics but also for being a refreshing retreat, open daily until the early evening, which adds to the enjoyment of the facilities. Although there are mentions of chilly water temperatures and discrepancies from promotional visuals, the overall sentiment underscores the pool as a complement to the lovely rooftop and broader amenities, including the gym and dining facilities. Travelers appreciated the convenient hotel location with easy transportation options like Bolt, enhancing their overall experience.
