A few guests did report a lack of communication between staff but given the size of the hotel, it's understandable. One thing to note is that the high tea and cocktails for club rooms could be better, based on the comparison to the Taj lands end hotel. However, the club rooms themselves are excellent and the service is top-notch. The breakfast is perfect and there are numerous restaurants and facilities on site, so you can always find something to do. The only potential issue may be the limited number of hotel cars, but it's best to pre-book to avoid any last-minute problems. Overall, the Taj Mahal Palace is a fantastic choice for a luxurious business stay in Mumbai.
