The front desk was very accommodating and any concerns we had were resolved quickly. Josh, who works at the pool, was especially courteous and welcoming, meeting all our needs quickly and efficiently. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful and they really made all the difference between a good and great experience. We did encounter a few rude staff members when asking questions, but they were few and far between. Ultimately, the hotel staff's excellent service was the best part of our stay. We'd like to give a special shoutout to Nicholas, Nico, Romina and Belford, who were all super friendly and servicial. We highly recommend La Playa Beach & Golf Resort and their wonderful staff!
