The hotel offers convenient features like private parking and a delightful heated outdoor pool with stunning mountain views, complementing the overall serene ambiance.
Guests frequently commend the exceptional breakfast, highlighting its impressive variety, quality, and presentation, which sets a positive tone for the day. Although dinner receives mixed reviews, the quality of the food and friendly service are consistently appreciated. The rooms are described as spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a good night's sleep with welcoming staff at reception often noted for their helpfulness. The kindness and professionalism of the staff across all departments are particularly highlighted, with Valentina receiving special mention for her exemplary hospitality.
The hotel's cleanliness is mostly well-regarded, though some areas could benefit from more attention, especially public spaces and soundproofing.
