Days Inn by Wyndham Easton presents itself as a convenient and strategically located hotel, making it easy for guests to access local attractions, shops and restaurants. Its placement just off the highway is a notable advantage for travelers, facilitating easy travel and offering proximity to friendly and affordable dining options. Guests traveling with pets appreciated the yard space available. The staff at the hotel is frequently highlighted as a major positive, often described as friendly, accommodating and efficient with particular praise for individuals like Ms. Valerie and a welcoming younger front desk attendee. These factors contribute significantly to the overall pleasantness of the stay.
However, the breakfast offerings have received mixed feedback with several guests appreciating the basic continental options such as waffles, while others wished for a broader selection that includes fruit, yogurt and proteins. The room conditions elicited the most varied responses. Some found the accommodations to be clean and comfortable, suitable for brief stays, while numerous reviews pointed to issues such as dust, mold, bugs and broken amenities. Cleanliness was a common concern with many guests citing dirty bathrooms, stained linens and unpleasant odors. The overall appearance of the property was often described as run down and in need of significant updates.
Despite the hotel's shortcomings in cleanliness and maintenance, the beds generally received positive feedback for their comfort, though there were some complaints about old mattresses and sheets. The free WiFi was another area needing improvement with many guests reporting weak and slow connections that hampered their ability to use the service effectively.
In essence, while Days Inn by Wyndham Easton is suitable for those looking for a basic, pet-friendly accommodation with a convenient location and excellent staff, guests should temper their expectations regarding the property's condition and amenities. The hotel delivers on essential needs but falls short of a polished and well-maintained experience, leaning more towards a 2-star level of offering rather than the expected 3-star.

The pool at the Baymont by Wyndham Easton received praise from many guests for being clean, relaxing, and a hit with children. Visitors appreciated its refreshing ambiance and the generous hours of operation, running from 9 AM to 9 PM on Saturdays. While some guests enjoyed a pleasant experience with the well-maintained outdoor facility, there were instances where issues arose. Some reviews mentioned the pool being closed unexpectedly due to maintenance problems or weather conditions, which were disappointing for those not notified in advance. While challenges with cleanliness occurred at times, overall, many found the pool to be a valuable part of their stay, with its inviting atmosphere appealing to both families and individuals looking for a refreshing dip.

Best Western Plus Easton Inn & Suites offers a welcoming and enjoyable indoor pool experience, perfect for families visiting during the colder months. Both adults and children find delight in the well-maintained pool and hot tub, which are open until late in the evening, providing a relaxing retreat after exploring downtown. The facilities are praised for their cleanliness and are neatly stocked, ensuring convenience for swimmers and gym-goers alike. While some guests found the pool temperature cooler than expected, this doesn't diminish the overall positive impression from those who loved its inviting atmosphere and the added luxury of a hot spa nearby. The hotel’s location on the first floor offers easy access, and both young visitors and adults seem to appreciate the pool as an added bonus to their stay.

At Rod 'N' Reel Resort, guests often appreciate the scenic outdoor environment, with many highlighting the pleasant surroundings near the water. However, the indoor pool facilities appear to be a point of contention among guests, as they are frequently noted to be closed, unavailable, or not as clean as expected. The outdoor areas continue to charm, but the lack of access to the indoor pool has left a note of disappointment for some.
