Residence Caffé Savona offers a mixed experience for travelers looking for budget accommodation in a central location. Guests appreciated the spacious rooms and the hotel's prime position on the edge of the pedestrian center, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. The price point is generally considered great, providing excellent value for money for a stay in such a central locale.
However, potential guests should be aware of some drawbacks. Although clean and spacious, the apartments could benefit from cozier decor and better lighting. The absence of an elevator means that guests may find themselves carrying luggage up a significant number of stairs, which might be inconvenient for some. Additionally, the comfort of the beds received criticism for being too hard.
There were some concerns regarding pricing transparency. The additional costs, such as a €100 deposit and a €15 fee for a baby cot, were not clearly indicated during the booking process, which led to some unexpected expenses. Overall, Residence Caffé Savona suits travelers seeking a budget-friendly option with a strategic location, but potential guests should be prepared for some logistical challenges and ensure they clarify all additional costs beforehand.
