Summary of reviews related to the 'Parking' category
Summarized by AI
Maxilly Appart provides guests with parking options, including free parking nearby, which is positively noted by many reviewers. However, accessing the parking lot requires careful attention, as the entrance is described as tricky and potentially damaging to vehicles. Certain reviewers have mentioned that the lot's busy layout can be cluttered, in part due to the owner's use. The design includes a steep incline that can accommodate high-wheeled vehicles more easily, presenting challenges for other types of cars with frequent bumper impacts reported. Nonetheless, having available parking is appreciated by guests who find it convenient for their stay.

Summary of reviews related to the 'Parking' category
Summarized by AI
The parking situation at Zenitude Les Terrasses du Lac, Ascend Collection offers a mix of positives and challenges. Guests appreciate the availability of both free and paid options with convenient underground parking available for a nominal fee of 3 euros per day. This secure and accessible parking provides a sense of safety for vehicles and motorcycles alike.
Despite the convenience of the underground parking, its small and narrow spaces can make maneuvering difficult and it often fills up quickly. Outdoor parking is limited and can occasionally be fully occupied by non-guests, such as worker vans. This scarcity sometimes forces guests to seek parking elsewhere or rent a space.
The convenience of having multiple parking options onsite is well-regarded when spaces are available, though some guests have noted that finding a spot can be a trying experience, particularly during peak times. For those willing to navigate the challenges, the effort is often considered worth it.
In summary, while the hotel provides various parking solutions with secure underground and outdoor options, space is at a premium and securing a spot can require persistence.
