The pool area elicits varied feedback. Many guests enjoy the clean and sizable pool and hot tub, which provide a fun and relaxing experience. However, some guests express disappointment when the pool is closed or found in need of updates, impacting overall satisfaction.
Bed comfort also receives mixed reviews with many guests finding the beds and pillows comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep. However, some feedback points to the need for new mattresses.
In summary, La Quinta by Wyndham Harrisburg-Hershey is appreciated for its strategic location, extensive breakfast offerings and friendly staff. While room comfort and bed quality are generally positive, the hotel’s inconsistencies in cleanliness and maintenance highlight areas for improvement.
