Staff

Lido House, Autograph Collection has undoubtedly one of the best location and staff in the area. Guests cannot stop complimenting the super amazing and first-class service provided by the staff. From the moment you check in, you will be greeted by a team of amazing and friendly people who are always happy to help. The pool service is exceptional and the staff goes out of their way to make sure guests are comfortable. Management deserves a special mention for doing a great job in maintaining the property. Rick, in particular, provides excellent service and all staff members without exception, are helpful. While most guests had a positive experience with the staff, a few were disappointed with the rooftop staff's limited selection of food and drinks and not-so-pleasant behavior. Nonetheless, Lido House, Autograph Collection boasts an excellent staff that strives to make guests comfortable and happy.
