Aux Tanneries de Wiltz is a welcoming haven for travelers accompanied by their furry companions with a clear inclination towards accommodating dogs of various sizes. Both big and small dogs are accepted, making it a favored choice for pet owners. The hotel provides a dog-friendly room, allowing for a comfortable stay alongside your pets. Guests often highlight the amicable staff who are comfortable and flexible with dogs, thus enhancing the pet-friendly atmosphere.
Recreational opportunities for pets are available, including pleasant walks along the river, which are particularly appreciated by guests. However, pet owners should be aware of certain restrictions; for instance, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant areas. Policies dictate that dogs stay largely in the room and dog presence is subject to certain rules and conditions set by the hotel.
While the fee structure garners mixed reactions, the consistent message is a slight discomfort with the charges – especially for smaller breeds like the Shih Tzu. The nightly fee for pets ranges from 15 to 25 euros with some guests noting that this is on the higher side compared to similar hotels. Transparency in charges has been an issue for some, especially regarding the payment at departure.
Despite the fees, the overall experience offered by Aux Tanneries de Wiltz makes it a reliable option for pet owners. The ability to bring dogs along and the hotel's willingness to accommodate various dog needs create a pet-friendly environment that leaves many visitors feeling welcomed and satisfied.
