The pool experience at Palm Village presents a mixed impression. On the positive side, there are several commendable features for those traveling with children, including kid-friendly elements and a pool area offering loungers, barbecue spots, and beach service access. Some guests particularly enjoyed the well-maintained and inviting pool settings, with ample space for relaxation. Additionally, visitors have access to a larger pool, suggesting flexibility in pool options, and a covered pool available during colder months.
However, some feedback indicates areas for improvement. Several guests have noted cleanliness issues, commenting on unkempt and shallow aspects that detract from the overall experience. This situation, coupled with reports of discomfort from metal chairs on the terrace, suggests that some elements of the pool area may need refreshing. Despite these concerns, the option to use a neighboring hotel's pool provides an alternative for those seeking a different setting. Overall, Palm Village offers a notable family-friendly pool environment but could benefit from enhancements in maintenance and facilities.
