The 'ЛЮБОКРАЙ Готельно-відпочинковий комплекс' is highly praised for its stunning location, evidently providing an exceptional retreat for nature enthusiasts. Nestled among dense forests and mountains, it offers beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere, making it ideal for a quiet getaway. Despite its secluded ambiance, the hotel is conveniently located near Skhodnitsa's city center, offering easy access to shops, cafes and other infrastructure.
Guests often commend the hotel's breakfast, describing it as tasty, varied and hearty with a buffet-style service. Although there are areas for improvement—such as the inclusion of brewed coffee and better organization—the breakfast remains a positive highlight for many.
The dinner experience also receives positive feedback with the menu offering a delicious selection of local dishes at affordable prices. While the service can be inconsistent with occasional long wait times and a cold restaurant environment, the quality and taste of the food, including unique options like venison and game, are generally well received.
The rooms at 'ЛЮБОКРАЙ' are modern, spacious and comfortable, featuring amenities such as underfloor heating, smart TVs and refrigerators. Guests appreciate the cleanliness and stylish design of the rooms, although minor issues with cleaning frequency and water temperature have been noted. Overall, the accommodations are highly favored for their comfort and modernity.
Cleanliness throughout the complex is consistently praised with guests highlighting the spotless condition of the rooms, well-kept spa and tidy common areas. The friendly and attentive staff contribute to maintaining this high standard of cleanliness.
The staff's friendliness and politeness are significant factors in enhancing the guest experience. They create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, though some improvements in spa staff presence and reception efficiency could further enhance service quality.
Internet connectivity receives mixed reviews. While many guests appreciate the stable connection in areas equipped with Starlink, there are complaints about uneven Wi-Fi coverage and weak mobile signals in some parts of the hotel.
The spa facility is another highlight, receiving commendations for its variety and comfort. Guests enjoy the pool, sauna and jacuzzi, although some express concerns about the spa's size and location in a separate building.
The pool area is noted for its comfortable temperature and additional spa facilities, but its small size can lead to overcrowding. Despite this, it remains a central feature for relaxation.
Lastly, the beds are highly praised for their comfort and spaciousness, contributing to a restful stay. The only drawback mentioned is the additional charge for baby cribs, which some guests feel should be complimentary given the hotel's standard.
In summary, 'ЛЮБОКРАЙ Готельно-відпочинковий комплекс' impresses with its beautiful location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff, making it a desirable destination for a peaceful and relaxing retreat.
