The hearty and tasty morning offerings frequently exceed expectations with quality and abundance, despite a few critiques about limited choices. The dinner experience receives mixed reviews; while many find the on-site dining convenient and the food good, others point out the limited options and occasional mediocre quality. The restaurant, open on weekdays, often satisfies but could benefit from more diverse and consistently high-quality offerings.
The rooms, though clean and equipped with comfortable beds, are described as outdated and in need of significant renovation. Guests have noted issues such as musty smells, dampness and old furnishings. Despite these drawbacks, the rooms provide a quiet and somewhat comfortable stay, though they fall short of modern expectations.
Cleanliness throughout the hotel garners praise, especially for the rooms and restaurant, but there are notable inconsistencies. While many guests find their accommodations very clean, others report issues like mold in showers, cigarette smoke smells and occasional bugs, indicating a need for more rigorous maintenance.
The staff at Campanile Grenoble Nord - Moirans-Voreppe consistently receives high marks for their friendliness, professionalism and attentiveness. This exceptional service significantly enhances the overall guest experience, making stays more pleasant despite other shortcomings.
The hotel is also a reasonable choice for families, offering connected rooms and comfortable mattresses.
