Elizabeth Double Room The en suite bathroom features an original porcelain bath with Victorian brass fittings. French doors lead into a private courtyard. Please note there is no capacity for additional guests. Guests failing to comply with property policies, arriving with 2 or more guests, of any age, may be required to pay for an additional room.

Victoria Double Room Featuring antique oak furnishings, this room overlooks the stone terrace and gardens. This room is designed to be accessible to guests with limited mobility. Please note there is no capacity for additional guests. Guests failing to comply with property policies, arriving with 2 or more guests, of any age, may be required to pay for an additional room.

Park Double or Twin Room This room features an ensuite bathroom with heated tile floors, a large king-sized bed and views over the garden and Awamoa Park. It has a separate bath and shower and a sitting area with a satellite TV.

Nest Double Room or Twin room This room features views out toward the Pacific Ocean and the Kakanui Ranges. It has heated tile floors, separate bath and shower, a TV and an area for storage. It has 3 steps down to the bed area from the entry to the room, and 3 steps up from the bed area to the bathroom area.

Garden Double or Twin Room The largest room at the property, offers a separate sitting area complete with small coffee table, writing table, sofa, two armchairs, and a small refrigerator. The room features a flat-screen TV, and large ensuite bathroom with separate shower and oversized bath. The room overlooks the lodge's gardens.
