The indoor pool at Home2 Suites By Hilton Columbus Polaris offers a mixed experience, with many guests appreciating its warmth and cleanliness, making it a great spot for families with children. The pool's temperature seems to vary, with reports indicating everything from pleasantly warm to uncomfortably cold, sometimes even described as freezing. Despite this inconsistency, many guests still find it a fitting amenity for kids to enjoy.
Issues with pool maintenance and chemical levels have been mentioned, though the overall cleanliness receives positive notes. While the pool area itself isn't spacious, it fulfills its role as a comforting retreat for young swimmers. A lack of towels occasionally poses a challenge, but the staff's prompt service helps mitigate this inconvenience, ensuring a more satisfactory visit.
Notably, the pool's availability is a significant draw for many guests, despite fluctuations in temperature. Although small, the pool remains an essential amenity contributing to the overall family-friendly atmosphere of the hotel.
