Accra City Hotel is a top choice for both business and leisure travelers, providing an overall excellent service and a pleasant stay. The hotel has great facilities, despite some guests commenting that they are a bit dated for a four star rating. However, the staff is professional and attentive in all aspects, which compensates for any minor shortcomings. Some guests did mention that communication in French with some staff members could be improved, but overall the service is exceptional. The hotel has taken measures to improve safety during COVID-19, although some guests would appreciate disposable gloves being provided during meals in communal areas.
