Acqualina Resort and Residences is a top-notch resort with an exceptional staff that will make you feel incredibly welcomed throughout your stay. The receptionist, Valaria, provides five-star service, while the staff at the pool bar and restaurant, Mulino, under the names of Franco, Luis, Carlos, Steven and Ivan, all provide excellent service. The staff on the beach includes Alina, Zhgenya, Ricardo, Valentino and Santiago, who will take care of your every need. The concierge staff, including Randy, Louise, Victoria and Christian, will solve any problem with a smile. The facilities are clean and the staff is very pleasant and attentive. Although there were a few staff members who were not friendly and smiling, they were few and far between. Overall, the team at Acqualina Resort and Residences will exceed all your expectations with their exceptional service and genuine warmth.
