Guests have described the location as convenient, great and good with easy access to many local attractions. For those visiting family, the hotel is very close to a number of residential areas. It's a short walk away from the Orpheum Theater, the zoo, botonical gardens and local markets. Additionally, the hotel is close to the airport and major roads, so getting around is a breeze. While there is construction in the area, it doesn't take away from the hotel's prime location. All in all, the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Omaha Downtown is perfect for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in Omaha.
