The rooms are generally noted for their cleanliness, comfort and spaciousness, equipped with necessary amenities such as mini-fridges and microwaves. Although there are occasional comments about dated decor and minor issues like musty smells or outdated carpets, the overall feedback is positive, emphasizing good value for the price.

Minor inconsistencies in cleanliness are occasionally noted, but the staff's friendly and respectful nature, contributing significantly to a pleasant stay, often mitigates these concerns. Commendations for the staff are numerous, including mentions of their courteous and helpful demeanor, which creates a welcoming environment.
Parking facilities receive consistent praise for their convenience with ample, easy-to-find spots located right in front of room entrances, adding extra value to the stay. The beds are widely appreciated for their comfort, contributing to a restful sleep experience, despite occasional mentions of firmness preferences.
Additionally, PIER BLUE INN is highly regarded for its dog-friendly amenities. The considerate staff and well-maintained areas for walking dogs make it an appealing option for pet owners. The provision of amenities like poop bags and safe, well-lit walking areas further enhance the experience for pet owners.
