Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The Klass Hotel's pool area receives mixed reviews from guests. On the plus side, the pool is described as clean, pleasant and well-maintained with many sunbeds available for guests to relax. For those seeking relaxation, the pool area, complete with a whirlpool tub and bar service, is highlighted as a positive feature, providing a peaceful environment. Some guests have mentioned a well-divided pool and beautiful surroundings, adding to the serene atmosphere.
However, several guests have noted that the pool is small with comments about it being too tiny for comfort. Cleanliness seems to vary with some guests reporting a clean experience, while others faced issues with dirt, floating insects and even mosquitoes. There are mentions of the pool area being poorly maintained and neglected, especially the outdoor sections. Additionally, some reviews indicate that the pool is seasonal and can sometimes be closed or not functioning properly.
Despite these concerns, there are positive remarks about the pool's relaxing qualities and the ample parking available for visitors. Overall, while the Klass Hotel's pool has its charm and can be a pleasant spot for relaxation, some improvements in maintenance and cleanliness could enhance the guest experience further.
