The lap and heated pools provided a great place to unwind after a long day and the hot tubs by the pool were perfect to relax in. Families specifically enjoyed the pools and spas with some saying there were not enough spas to meet the high demand. The variety of pools on offer was great, including gorgeous outdoor pools and heated pools. However, some guests noted that there weren't enough towels provided for pool use and the jets on some of the hot tubs were broken. The lap pool also didn't open before 9am. Despite these small issues, guests really loved the pool area and considered it a great added bonus to their stay.
