The spa is praised for its clean, luxurious environment and diverse treatments, though some guests express dissatisfaction with additional charges and service consistency. The gym, while well-equipped, requires better maintenance and air conditioning according to some reviews.
Parking is another area with divided opinions. While many appreciate the secure organized parking lot, others find it too small to accommodate all vehicles, leading to wait times.
In summary, Rose Aqua Park Hotel is highly regarded for its prime location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and family-friendly amenities like its water park. Despite some areas needing improvement, such as dining variety, pool heating and WiFi connectivity, the hotel remains a favorable choice for travelers looking to explore Marrakech with ease and comfort.
