Guests appreciate the effectiveness of the masseuses and the professionalism of certain attentive staff members, contributing positively to overall relaxation. The complimentary gestures, such as a free 30-minute massage, stand out as delightful surprises for some visitors.
However, the spa itself is considered modest and small, with limited facilities including only a hammam and sauna. The lack of changing rooms adds to this modesty, and certain elements, such as the indoor pool, do not meet expectations. There are concerns over the outdated appearance of the spa, affecting its appeal.
Service inconsistencies are apparent, with mentions of unfriendly staff and incidents where personal money was requested for massage services, hinting at potential issues with hospitality standards. While the spa is sometimes full, indicating a level of demand, the overall experience leaves room for improvement.
