Days Inn by Wyndham Stuart is lauded for its excellent and central location, making it convenient for both leisure and business travelers. Guests appreciate the proximity to shops, restaurants, key attractions and the airport. The hotel's location is a major benefit, although the area can be a bit noisy.
Many guests found the rooms clean, spacious and comfortably decorated with updated beds and linens. Positive comments frequently mentioned the rooms' cleanliness and comfortable beds. However, there were some inconsistencies with certain rooms being outdated and having issues such as unpleasant odors, old pillows and occasional cleanliness problems.
Cleanliness receives mixed reviews. While many guests describe the property, especially the pool area and common spaces, as very clean, others report problems like dirty floors, bathrooms with mold and stained bedding. These varied experiences suggest that the cleanliness might be inconsistent but can be excellent at times.
The staff at Days Inn by Wyndham Stuart is highly praised for their courteous and helpful service. Specific staff members are mentioned positively in reviews, highlighting the staff's friendliness and willingness to meet guest needs. Although there are occasional remarks about the need for more informative staff, the staff's overall impression is very positive.
Guests find the pool area attractive and well-maintained with clean surroundings and a pleasant atmosphere enhanced by tropical landscaping. Families enjoy the outdoor picnic area and although there are minor inconveniences such as limited opening hours and occasional construction noise, the pool is generally a favorable feature.
The beds are a point of contention with many guests finding them very comfortable, while others face issues with uncomfortable mattresses and plastic coverings causing noise. Soundproofing between rooms is another area of concern.
The breakfast offerings, however, have room for improvement. The limited variety and lack of hot food have left some guests disappointed. While a few find the breakfast adequate by American standards, the consensus leans towards the need for better options.
Overall, Days Inn by Wyndham Stuart stands out for its favorable location, helpful staff and pleasant pool area, providing good value for money despite some inconsistencies in room quality and cleanliness.
