Hotel Elisabeta has garnered mixed reviews, particularly concerning its four-star rating. Many guests have expressed confusion and disappointment, suggesting that the hotel falls more in line with a three-star or even lower classification rather than the advertised four stars. Issues have been reported with basic amenities, such as the absence of soap in some bathrooms and bed sheets that were too small for the king-sized beds. Communication with the hotel staff also seems to be a challenge with some guests noting a lack of response via WhatsApp after being directed to use this platform for assistance.
The surrounding neighborhood has also been described as dubious with one review mentioning disruptive noises in the early morning that disturbed their sleep. These aspects collectively contribute to a perception that the hotel does not meet the expected standards of a four-star establishment.

Hotel Ema&Zain, while claiming to be a four-star establishment, falls short of this rating with many guests finding it comparable to a two-star hotel, particularly by Spanish standards. It seems that the advertised four-star status does not align with the reality experienced by visitors. However, for travelers passing through or needing a place for a one-night stay, it provides acceptable accommodations for the price, especially when considering locations outside of Spain.
Despite the discrepancy in star rating, the management of Hotel Ema&Zain has received positive remarks, indicating that effective leadership could potentially steer the hotel towards fulfilling its four-star promise. Guests suggest that with some improvements, the hotel has the potential to meet higher standards and provide an excellent stay.
