Small mishaps in the room are manageable and the staff are exceptional throughout the hotel, including on the beach and around the pool. Although the service may be slow at certain times, the price-quality ratio is undeniable and you'll enjoy the highest quality food during your stay. Don't limit yourself to the hotel's grounds though; the hotel's location provides excellent access to explore the island, although note that the beach in this part of the island is not the most beautiful. Overall, a Dream holiday in a Dream hotel with very friendly staff. Highly recommended.
