Guests enjoyed the convenience of having rentals being in the hotel and being able to check the rentals for the night. Staff were friendly and helpful and the ski valet service was a highlight for many. The location of the hotel was right next to the slopes, about a 1-2 minute walk and if you want to, you can drop your skis with the Westin ski valet at the bottom of the slope. Some guests noted that the rooms were dated and that the ski valet service was poorly organized, but overall, visitors had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay with access to the main village and quieter location in the village.
