Positioned in a quiet and safe neighborhood, the hotel offers easy access to public transportation, making it an ideal choice for both business and leisure travelers.
Guests frequently commend the spacious, comfortable and clean rooms, often equipped with amenities like Smart TVs and balconies. Despite some minor maintenance issues, the overall impression of the accommodations is highly positive. The cleanliness of the hotel is also highly regarded with many noting the impeccable maintenance and well-organized spaces.
The breakfast service stands out for its variety and quality with guests appreciating the wide selection of fresh items and attentive staff. Dinner experiences are more mixed with some praising the cozy atmosphere and good quality dishes but others pointing out high prices, long wait times and inconsistent food quality.
The hotel’s amenities such as the gym and pool receive mixed feedback. While the fitness center is clean and functional, it suffers from limited space and equipment. The pool area is often criticized for being cold and poorly maintained, detracting from its usability. The tennis court adds a unique feature but its usage may be restricted due to leasing arrangements.
WiFi at the hotel has mixed reviews; while some find it satisfactory, others report significant connectivity issues. Parking also garners varied reactions with some finding the service efficient and others criticizing the high fees and occasional disorganization.
Overall, Blue Tree Premium Verbo Divino - Nações Unidas is favored for its location, spacious and clean rooms and exceptional staff service, making it a reliable choice for visitors to São Paulo. However, improvements in dining services, WiFi reliability and amenity maintenance could enhance the overall guest experience.
