However, some practical issues impact the overall comfort, such as the absence of air conditioning and occasional noise from the road. The interiors are described by a few guests as outdated, with worn carpets and small bathrooms. Despite these drawbacks, the lovely views and central location often outweigh these inconveniences, making the hotel suited for short stays focused on exploring the lakeside.
Cleanliness reviews show a need for improved thoroughness, though many visitors still experience a clean and comfortable stay. Enhanced cleaning practices could help elevate guest satisfaction further. The hotel's notable staff are instrumental in enhancing guest experience with their friendliness and care, with special mention to individuals like Jean-Pierre for his outstanding service.
The bed situation receives mixed reviews, with some guests finding the mattresses too firm. Despite this, the hotel offers good value for money in line with its three-star rating. Some facilities could benefit from updates, such as adding amenities like air conditioning, which would align better with guest expectations. Overall, Hotel Capri remains a reasonable and budget-friendly choice for travelers prioritizing location and service.
