Though not suitable for swimming due to the coral, guests still have easy access to the beach and can enjoy a variety of seafood cuisines. The private beach with just a few people on it is a plus and ground rooms have a direct exit to the beach. While water shoes are needed to enter the sea, the beach view is still nice and the beach area is kept clean and calm. Pasikudah has some of the best beaches in Sri Lanka with the best one being located just a 5-minute walk to the left. However, the beach in front of the hotel is coral-laden and not the best for swimming. Additionally, the beach strip is not very pleasant due to lumps of dead coral. Nevertheless, the hotel's location directly on the beach makes up for these shortcomings.
