Summarized by AI
The children's facilities at Hilton Pilar have received mixed reviews from guests. While there are some aspects that guests appreciate, such as the very fun kids club and the beautiful, peaceful outdoor pool next to the main pool, there are notable concerns about the children's pool area. Guests have observed that the children's pool has limited hours of operation and is often closed, which can be inconvenient. On weekends, particularly Saturday and Sunday afternoons, the main pool can become very crowded with children, likened to a kindergarten setting.
There are mentions of a noticeable lack of maintenance and cleanliness issues in the children's pool area. Additionally, the availability of lawn chairs and benches near the pool is minimal and there are not enough umbrellas provided for shade. Concerns have also been raised about the level of safety and the need for better security for children around the pool area. While the setting offers potential for enjoyment, improvements in maintenance, cleanliness and safety measures are needed.
