Miliño Apart Hotel consistently receives praise for its excellent location, particularly for those attending events at the nearby Movistar Arena. Situated in the quiet and safe Villa Crespo neighborhood, the hotel offers convenient access to dining, shopping and business procedures at the CAS. Guests appreciate the strategic location for easy travel around Buenos Aires, highlighting the tranquil environment and proximity to pleasant bars and cafes. The hotel's comfort, cleanliness and friendly staff complement the favorable location, making it a convenient choice for both leisure and business travelers.
Notably, the hotel does not include breakfast in its accommodation packages, a point clearly communicated to guests. This absence may appeal to travelers who prefer self-catering or who plan to explore local dining options.
The rooms at Miliño Apart Hotel are spacious and comfortable with many guests appreciating the well-lit apartments that sometimes include small patios or balconies. The clean and well-equipped kitchens make for a pleasant stay and the beds are generally noted for their comfort. Good parking options add to the convenience, particularly for attendees of events at the Movistar Arena.
However, there are some areas needing improvement, such as maintenance and cleanliness. Some apartments show signs of wear and neglect, including broken windows and worn-out furniture, along with occasional discrepancies between online photos and actual rooms. Despite this, the overall spaciousness and comfort, combined with the friendly staff, often leave a good impression on guests.
Cleanliness at the hotel presents mixed reviews. While many guests find the hotel clean and well-maintained, others report issues like dust, stained bedding, dirty dishes and even mold or pests. The variability in housekeeping standards suggests a need for more consistent cleaning practices to enhance the guest experience.
The hotel staff is frequently praised for their friendliness and attentiveness. Guests highlight the welcoming demeanor and helpfulness of the team, especially the receptionists, who provide excellent service and recommendations. The dedication and kindness of the staff significantly contribute to the positive experiences of guests.
WiFi service at Miliño Apart Hotel has been a notable concern with many guests reporting weak and unstable connections, particularly in rooms and on the 2nd floor. Despite a few reports of good Internet access, the general consensus indicates substantial room for improvement in this area.
Parking options at the hotel are appreciated with safe on-street and building parking available at reasonable prices. The staff efficiently resolves parking concerns, making it a hassle-free experience for guests with vehicles.
Bed comfort at the hotel receives mixed feedback. While many guests find the beds comfortable with good mattresses, some report issues with worn-out or sagging mattresses and small bed sizes. Addressing these inconsistencies could ensure a uniformly comfortable experience for all guests.
Overall, Miliño Apart Hotel offers a solid price-quality ratio, making it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers seeking comfort. Guests commend the value for money, good service and overall clean and comfortable facilities, though some note the need for updated marketing photos to better reflect the current state of the hotel. Despite occasional discrepancies between expectations and experience, the hotel provides excellent service and remains a good option considering its price point.
