The City Express Plus by Marriott Buenos Aires Palermo hotel offers a good cost-benefit, providing a satisfactory experience for travelers seeking basic amenities. The rooms have a high aesthetic appeal with some guests even likening the room quality to that of a five-star establishment. However, the hotel's facilities and services align more closely with what is expected of a typical three-star hotel, featuring simple and standard amenities.
Despite these commendations, there are several areas in need of improvement. The hotel lacks certain conveniences such as parking and inclusive breakfast, which is offered at an additional charge. Service quality received mixed reviews; the morning personnel were generally deemed adequate, but other service aspects were criticized for being subpar with isolated reports of dirty conditions and rude staff leading to a less favorable experience for some guests.
Overall, while City Express Plus by Marriott Buenos Aires Palermo promises a decent stay with aesthetically pleasing rooms, potential visitors should manage expectations regarding three-star services and amenities.

Hotel Costa Rica presents a mixed bag of experiences for travelers, largely dependent on what one seeks from their stay. The hotel excels in providing a comfortable lodging experience with very comfortable beds and rooms that are super clean. The quiet area in which it is located adds to the peaceful ambiance, making it perfect for a short stay.
The decor of the hotel is noted to be done with flair, giving it a nice, cozy feel. An old house that has been remodeled, the hotel retains a classic charm. The staff's friendly and helpful attitude is commended with their polite and attentive service often being a highlight of the stay.
However, some aspects appear to fall short. Guests have pointed out that the hotel does not entirely match the photos provided online and the limited number of amenities can be a downside. The large old-fashioned toilets and lack of TV in the rooms may not meet the expectations of all guests looking for modern comforts. Soundproofing seems to be another area where some feel the hotel could improve.
The breakfast offered is deemed acceptable but not particularly impressive, aligning with the basic service and facilities highlighted in several reviews. Despite these points, many believe the hotel offers good value for money for what it is - a relatively basic, three-star establishment. It is a suitable option for those looking for economical accommodation without the frills of luxury hotels and it's particularly appealing for those who prefer to avoid hostels.
Overall, Hotel Costa Rica is a good quality, cost-effective option in the three-star category, though some guests feel it does not entirely live up to the rating. For those considering a stay, it balances reasonable facilities and price, making it a commendable choice for budget-conscious travelers seeking a quiet, clean and friendly place to sleep.
