Although some guests have suggested that the cleaning could be improved, the general consensus is that the villa is clean and well-maintained. The staff are exceptional with every review giving them a perfect 10 out of 10 for their friendly, sweet, attentive and helpful service. The pools are a highlight of the hotel with a nice infinity pool and a beautiful second pool at the bottom of the resort. Guests also appreciate the free yoga on Tuesdays and the proximity to an amazing waterfall.
