Hotel Termal Mušov offers three-star accommodation with some notable features and a few areas needing improvement. Guests commended the very accommodating staff and great service in the restaurant, which enhanced their dining experience. The thermal pool and saunas were also highlighted as positive amenities, providing relaxation options for visitors.
However, the hotel shows signs of age with older rooms that require upgrades and improvements in cleanliness. Some visitors noted that the hotel looks like a student's dorm and commented on the hard mattresses. The lack of air conditioning in the rooms was seen as a drawback, especially given the room rates and there were concerns about unforeseen extra charges due to poor communication.
Located near a busy road, the hotel is conveniently placed for a one-night stay but might be less ideal for extended visits. Despite its drawbacks, it remains a decent option for those seeking a budget-friendly three-star hotel with good service and thermal facilities.
