While Garanhuns Palace Hotel presents itself as a five-star establishment, guest reviews suggest a discrepancy between expectation and reality. Though the hotel offers superb service from its staff, which aligns with high-star hotels, there are concerns about the overall comfort and facilities that do not match the advertised rating. While some guests enjoy a great breakfast, others feel it leaves much to be desired for a five-star rating. The pricing is perceived as inconsistent with the quality provided, with comparisons made to lower-rated hotels. The general consensus among reviews is that the hotel might be closer to a two or three-star experience, despite its five-star claims.
