Summary of reviews related to the 'Pool' category
Summarized by AI
The pool at Radisson Alphaville presents a mixed experience for guests with several highlighting its positive aspects. The warm and genuinely heated pool is appreciated, offering a delightful retreat for visitors. Its size, though large and indoor, doesn't appeal to everyone with some finding it small and lacking in charm. There are mentions of the pool being wonderful and great, which adds to the hotel's recreational space.
On the downside, guests also noted several areas for improvement. The pool appears to be underutilized and sometimes reported as dirty with too much chlorine affecting its appeal. Additionally, the area around the pool could use better maintenance and services, as it's shared with another hotel and lacks sufficient amenities, like towels. Some felt the overall presentation was uninviting and below their expectations, leading to a less satisfying experience.
Despite these critiques, the pool's warmth and size can provide a pleasant escape for those looking to relax indoors.
