The pool at Novotel Toulouse Centre Compans Caffarelli emerges as a key feature in guest reviews. Guests largely appreciate the outdoor pool, describing it as a great bonus, especially welcoming after a day of sightseeing. The pool area is noted for its pleasant and clean ambiance with a lovely view of the adjacent park, contributing to a family-friendly setting that kids particularly enjoy.
However, the pool does have some downsides. While people find it refreshing, it is not heated and is often described as quite cold. The Social Hub Toulouse offers a rooftop pool that tends to gain mixed feedback from its guests. Positively, many travelers appreciate the rooftop pool as a refreshing feature, especially under the hot weather, noting that it's well-maintained, clean and delightful for relaxation after a day of exploring the city. The rooftop ambiance, including a bar, adds to the charm, making it a popular spot for both leisure and socializing. The pool area is also consistently described as spacious with a chilled and pleasant vibe.
However, several reviews highlight recurring issues with accessibility. On multiple occasions, guests were denied access due to unannounced closures or events, leaving them disappointed. Additionally, the pool can become quite crowded, often occupied by resident students, which detracts from the overall experience. The limited pool seating and the presence of music and alcohol have also been raised as areas of concern.
Despite these drawbacks, the rooftop pool remains a significant plus for many visitors. Its modern decor and well-equipped facilities, including a gym and cinema, further enhance the appeal of staying at The Social Hub Toulouse. In summary, while the rooftop pool is a highlight for its ambiance and amenities, potential guests should be aware of possible accessibility issues and crowding.
